TCYFA Appeals & Discipline CommitteeThe role of the Appeals&Discipline Committee is to handle all appeals and discipline matters for the TCYFA league. The Committee will, in a timely manner, with an impartial panel, hear all complaints brought tothe league. This is for any parent, coach, player or official. The panel will determine whether rules have been broken and the appropriate action to be taken. The A&D Committee will treat all parties with respect and allow a fair opportunity for grievances to be heard. The A&D Committee will work with the Board of Directors to maintain records of any penalties assessed to help improve The Colony Youth Football Association. TCYFA Code of Conduct
I, the parent/guardian of the named registrant, do hereby agree to the following Code of Conduct to insure a positive environment for all youth and adult members of TCYFA:

league and game officials at all games and practices. - I will not personally address game officials.
- I will refrain from making negative statements or using profanity at TCYFA activities.
- I will address any concerns privately with my child's coach or league officials, not in an open forum involving the children.
- I will ask my child otreat all participants, coaches, spectators, league and game officials in a good sportsmanlike
and respectful manner. - I will help my child, his/her team and coaches and TCYFA by volunteering where I can.
- I will help TCYFA promote a drug, tobacco and alcohol free environment by refraining from their use at organization activities.
I will remember the TCYFA motto, Youth First-Sports Second, and that the game is not for adults or only to win, but for the children who are participating.
By working together, parents, coaches, directors and officials, we have the power to make youth sports fun for all children!
